Before the Day of Your Visit

Apply for a Nimbus Access Card at https://app.accesscard.online/apply/access-card/

On the Day of Your Visit
For groups of two or less:
  1. Simply head to the accessible entrance of the attraction and present your Access Card to the staff member

There is no limit to the number of attractions you can access throughout the day, but it is strictly limited to the card holder +1. Europa Park also asks that you wait roughly the wait time of the main queue before trying to access the same attraction a second time. For example, if Voltron has a 30 minute wait and you try to access it a second time immediately, staff may ask you to come back in 30 minutes to ride again.

For groups of three to four:
  1. Head to Information located just to the left of the Euro-Tower entrance and present your Access Card and some form of ID to staff

  2. You will be given a small green card with six spaces, this will allow you to access attractions as a group of up to four. When you use the card to access an attraction, the card will be stamped in one of the six slots

You are limited to using this card six times throughout the day, and the card cannot be replaced once all spaces have been used so I recommend using the card only for the busiest attractions. You will also be asked to wait roughly the length of the main queue before accessing the same attraction a second time. For example, if Voltron has a 30 minute wait and you try to access it a second time immediately, staff may ask you to come back in 30 minutes to ride again.

If you have any more questions about Europa Park Accessibility, please fill out the form on the home page.
