Using the Ease of Passage service at Parc Asterix

Parc Asterix is a thrilling theme park located in Plailly, France. Home to some of the biggest coaster in France, including the coaster with the most airtime moments in the world, Toutatis, Parc Asterix is perfect for thrillseekers. Parc Asterix offers the 'Ease of Passage' service to allow guests with additional needs to access their attractions.

Before the Day of Your Visit

1. Apply for a Nimbus Access Card at https://app.accesscard.online/apply/access-card/

2. Create an account at https://filevirtuelle.parcasterix.fr/ to speed up the process on the day

One the Day of Your Visit

1. Head to the accessibility kiosk located to the left of the entrance

2. Present your Nimbus Card to staff and you will be given a wristband and a ‘Guide facilite de passage’. To use the Filotomatix system, staff will ask for your email address, ensure this is the same email you created an account with

3. To access an attraction, you will have to reserve it on Filotomatix. Once you have selected an attraction, a countdown will start. This countdown is the same time as the advertised main queue length. Once the countdown has finished, a QR will appear

4. Head to the Filotomatix entrance of the attraction you selected, a staff member will scan your QR code and allow you onto the ride

5. Once you have come off your ride, you will be able to select and wait for the next attraction on the Filotomatix system

Be aware that Toutatis can only be accessed once per day via the Filotomatix system, but without a wait.
