Using the Queue Assist Pass at Paultons Park

Paultons Park is a family theme park located near Romsey, Hampshire. Paultons Park has a wide selection of attractions for all ages, from the rides in Peppa Pig World to the park's newest coaster, Drakon. Paultons Park runs the Queue Assist Pass to allow guests with additional needs to access their attractions.

Wheelchair Users

Wheelchair users are not required to use or prebook the Queue Assist Pass when visiting Paultons Park. Instead, head to first aid on the day and you will be given a blue 'Wheelchair User' wristband which will allow you to access the rides via the exit at any time with no limitations on the number of rides. Pre Booking Your Visit

1. Prebook your visit date at https://paultonspark.co.uk/help/queue-assist-pass by scrolling down to 'Make a Queue Assist Pass Booking' and selecting your visit date. Sold out dates will have a large red cross across the date

2. Fill out your Access Card details

3. A verification email will be sent to the email linked to your Access Card with a QR code

Cancelling Your Visit

You can cancel your Queue Assist Pass booking at https://paultonspark.co.uk/help/queue-assist-pass by scrolling down to 'Cancel a Queue Assist Booking' and entering your email and reservation number.

On the Day of Your Visit

1. Head to the Nurse in First Aid and present your booking to use the Queue Assist Pass, this is located on the right hand side of the entrance plaza as you enter, past the globe

2. You will be given a wristband to wear, a card and an accessibility guide with a list of attractions around the edges and columns in the middle

3. To use the card at an attraction, head to the Queue Assist Pass entrance of an attraction. This is often the exit of a ride, rides where the Queue Assist Pass entrance is somewhere else will be noted on the back of the card. The wristband holder must be present when using the Queue Assist Pass

4. Listed attractions can only be accessed once per day using the Queue Assist Pass and are subject to time constraints. In the columns, a staff member will write the time you can next use the Queue Assist Pass to access an attraction
