Walibi Holland is a theme park located near Biddinghuizen, Netherlands. The park features a thrilling ride line-up with some iconic rollercoasters and intense flat rides. Walibi Holland uses an online access system similar to those at Chessington World of Adventures and Legoland Windsor.

Before the Day of Your Visit
  1. Apply for a Nimbus Access Card at https://app.accesscard.online/apply/access-card/

  2. Fill out an ‘Accessibility Program Request’ to hand into Guest Services on the day of your visit, you can find the English form here

  3. Create an account at www.walibivirtuelewachtrij.nl to speed up the process on the day

On the Day of Your Visit
  1. Head to Guest Services located on the left of the main street inside the entrance

  2. Present your Nimbus Access Pass to staff

  3. The staff will help you get set up with the online virtual queuing system and you will be given a wristband

  4. For non-visible disabilities you will be given a red wristband which allows one person to accompany you on rides, for physical disabilities you will be given a purple wristband which allows up to three people to accompany you on rides. If you have a purple wristband you will have to sit in a particular seat on rides

  5. To access an attraction, select the ride in the virtual queue service. Once an attraction is selected, a countdown will start, this countdown is the same length as the main queue. Once this countdown is finished, a QR code will appear and you can head to the Fast Lane entrance or exit of the ride
